Pineapple and Chocolate Pizza

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese softened

1-½ teaspoons brown sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (10 oz.) prepared thin pizza crust

2 cups DOLE Pineapple Cubes in Light Syrup

2 tablespoons chocolate sundae syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.  Stir well until ingredients are incorporated.  Spread cream cheese over crust.  Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle pineapple cubes on top of pizza and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
